9" Cherry Cheesecake
After retiring I decided to share the recipes I grew up making with my mother, Mary Hiras. Most of my Greek recipes were created by her or are variations of other traditional recipes. She loved to cook and bake and was very proud of her recipes. We always had company, great parties, celebrations, and we baked up a storm. To this day, the smell of her recipes brings back so many happy memories and my love of baking.
I hope you enjoy these home baked goods as much as I enjoy making them for you!
